Volunteers hand out 275 food boxes
On Saturday, Dec. 17, an army of dedicated volunteers working with the Outside Creek Community Service's Inc. Food Bank, braved the unapproachable temperatures to help unload, fill and distribute 275 traditional furlough dinner boxes to families needing assistance in the Surface Creek square footage, at no cost.Up from last year's 258, the holiday dinners were distributed from the Masonic Classroom's community room.
The holiday dinner boxes included a gift certificate for chow from the Cedaredge Food Town, potatoes, vegetable and pie. Food Bank feed member Nelson Cederberg noted that it took more than three hours to share out all the food boxes.
And, while there's no doubt that the annual event is a huge undertaking, Cederberg said, "It was wonderful and sexy to see so many people willing to volunteer their time and to help out when the need arises."
Cederberg also praised the metropolis of Cedaredge for its generous support.

Giordano's pizza... presumably the best in Chicago. We had to get a thin crust and a stuffed crust. People affect Chicago is all about the stuffed crust but forget they backlash serious ass at the thin too.
