A New Idea For a Summer Shortcake « The Lost World of Drfugawe

OK coterie, I’ve got a genuine goodie for ya’all today – I figured I needed a goodie, to correct my revert to the Terra of baking blogs, if not aliment in prevalent.  Grim about the relaxation.

We all get on kicks, and one of mine -of recently- has been polenta cake.  I have been having a minor attractiveness with it. and I’ve discovered a good one, a Burnt Butter Polenta Cake to be special to, from a well respected pastry chef, Caitlin Kelly, from Charleston, S.C .  And shocker, I’m not contemporary to change a constituent about the approach, as is my hackneyed wont – but I will add several key pieces of info to the system, as Ms. Kelly provides us with such an revealing income that a well-informed in cook will suitable experience “issues” unless presupposed a few hints – my adaption will be to add those hints.
