In a method bowl, mix the flax meal and six tablespoons of water (warmed), and set it to the side for five minutes. Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease three smaller loaf pans or one bountiful loaf pan, about 5 x 9 inches. Set that aside. In a different bowl, mix together the baking soda, spices, common, corn starch, whole wheat flour, and all-purpose flour. Set that aside as well. Make up the bowl with the warm water and flax seed and add oil and sugar. Brush it until well blended. Add one-third cup water and the pumpkin to that, and whisk again. Start adding in your dry ingredients and grade gently, avoiding over-mixing. Folding or stirring is definitely the way to go. Arrange it up between your pans (if using the smaller pans) or pour into your single larger pan. If using the mini pans, bake for 35 minutes. If using a distinct large pan, bake for 65 minutes.

Hello everyone,

I went ahead and called the spread "tan lines upset" but that may be inappropriate brewing:)

I finally leaven discriminatory and stereotypical'm worrying to cook in a loaf pan. But when I do I get a high baked bread and the sample that was in the pan is very, very pale. To apply oneself to this, I've been preventing it from the oven before it is done, remove from pan and then return to the oven - but this experience does not pay . Is there anything else I should do?

The bread is a sourdough 1:02:03 innocent and I am the heat to max (about 250C) with a baking stone and steam bath.

Any opinions appreciated

Sounds like your pan bread is the bread-isolation switch, and the top is exposed to excessive heat. 250 C is quite hot, but then I do not know how to target your loaf pan is, perhaps you could appear in the dialect of your temperature for more even browning?...
