How does a photographer compete against flat rate picture takers.?

 I work primarily as a writer and a photo film technician and tried a brief stint as a professional photographer. I hated it and stunner if others have had the same experience.

 Years ago when I was turning to dust on 120 marriages there were always Bozo shooting in 35mm negatives and distribute, so this is not new. If someone is ignorant and visually they deserve what they get.

No Face Plate: 50 mile meal - Gumbo Pastelitos

Since we don't surely do a lot of wheat agribusiness in NC, I've been experimenting with corn collation as a substitute - for some things , it's effect, for others, a warp. This week I very wanted to try for a pastry consistency but wasn't unshakable how to fulfil it without the use of ripe-gluten stuffs, the like of which isn't locally accessible. So when I did some perusing and saw this pastelito plan , I got wonderful stoked, since nice taters are HERE! The stuffing is uncommonly up to you. I had some gumbo leftovers from industry yesterday, so I reduced them a bit and chilled them - while a little fiesty to exertion with here (runny can be a pastelito's worst antagonist) it worked out all right. I also have been using locally made hoop cheddar in a lot of the 50 mile meals, and had a hunk, so a tsp or two of that, finely shredded, went on top of the gumbo before the pack got all folded up.
