Stainless steel sheetpans?

 I am sick of the standard "Walmart" galvanized iron pans that go in and remove the rust. Before you know it the whole pan is ruined. There stainless steel pans there and if so, are there pro or cons of their use? Same question for aluminum .....

I can only imagine how those thousands of passengers must have felt to be one moment in such a shape of elation, sailing on the biggest, fastest and most modern ship ever built, heading off to New York. The idea of Rose standing at the ship's bow, arms outstretched, probably served to symbolise the intuition of the passengers, a feeling that was almost akin to flying.

And then the next thing you know, your the human race is turned upside down, and you're swimming through icy water in the middle of nowhere, knowing that in a quandary of minutes you'll lose consciousness and drift up to join the starry constellations that effervesce in the night sky. The thought might even be something you look forward to, after all the horror you've just been through as the set sail broke up.
