CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM SILK Glaze

1 1/2 cups milk

9 tablespoons flour

2 cups granulated sugar

1 (8-ounce) combination cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, range temperature

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
