For any North Dakota (or neighbourhood) followers of my blog, you in all likelihood recollect that Immense Forks, ND has an annual French Fry Supported by on the Thursday before its Potato Basin weekend festivities. this year the French Fry Cater is held on the evening of Thursday, Sept 16th.

for those of you who don’t skilled in about the French Fry Board, Simplot donates the fries that go into a elephantine rich fryer machine at University Woodland. the contents of which are distributed along the sides of the gigantic tent that the fryer is under, where you can get all-you-can-eat baskets-full of unobstructed french fries. each year they try and out-do themselves, mounting new just ecstatic records on how many pounds of potatoes they can give away. it’s a deep down fun community occasion.

I called Simplot to see if I could oversee down anyone with nutritional word. I was pleasantly surprised to be forwarded shortly to someone who was very reassuring. they told me that there are no additives in the french fries (they are na made of potatoes), and the oil is sincere soy oil. therefore, no gluten!
